After a NIGHTMARE experience with American Home Shield trying to fix our 12 year old unit, we decided to give up and price a whole new system. 2 big names and Mr Air Repair. Best experience ever!!! William had all of our options laid out front and center without being the typical pushy salesman like the 2 big names. Not only did we get a better unit for less money but we got the home grown service we were looking for too. Love having them right here in town where when we made the call that we had chosen to use them, they had us scheduled and installed in less than 24 hours. His crew was professional and friendly and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Spending that kind of money is never fun but at least we feel good about our purchase and working with the people we chose. Thanks William and the Mr Air Repair crew!!!

We truly can't say enough good things about this company and their team.

We were dealing with a serious mold issue caused by poor builder craftsmanship of our HVAC system, and it was an incredibly stressful situation for our family. Max was the first person we worked with, and he was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond, staying very late into the evening to make sure the issue was fully and properly fixed. He took the time to explain what went wrong, how it happened, and what needed to be done—no rushing, no shortcuts. His professionalism and care made a huge difference.

During the process, we had a phone call with Will, who was equally great to work with. He was responsive, reassuring, and clearly cared about making sure everything was handled correctly and that we felt confident in the solution.

The entire crew was fantastic—efficient, respectful, and clearly committed to doing quality work. In a situation that felt overwhelming, this team brought calm and solutions.

Today was just a check up. Max was our Profesional today. He is very knowledgeable about heating and AC. He told me what he was going to do, how long it was going be and went to work. He was on time, professional, knew his stuff, answeeed and explained all my questions and concerns. He was great with our Dog Abby too. I highly recommend Max for all your Heating and AC needs. Mr. Air Repair has been outstanding.
