Max, from the first greeting was professional, polite, considerate, caring, listening to your answers, I could go on. He asked pertinent questions to understand my situation & offered possible solution options. Seems to genuinely care about trying to understand a persons limitations. Honest, truly caring person. This company is lucky to have someone like him.

I would also like to recognize Tonya for helping me in getting this appointment scheduled around my crazy schedule. She too is extremely professional, polite, has a very caring phone etiquette. This company is what others should strive to be like. What a pleasure to work with them.
