2. Services Provided
Mr. Air Repair proudly serves Wylie, TX, and surrounding areas. Our services include HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance. Availability depends on scheduling, weather conditions, and technician assignments. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service if needed.
3. Pricing, Estimates & Payment
- Service pricing may vary and is confirmed at the time of scheduling or on-site assessment.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted.
- Promotional pricing or online specials are subject to change and may have restrictions.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made.
- We currently accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards. Financing options may be available upon request.
4. Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Same-day cancellations, repeated reschedules, or no-shows may result in a service fee.
5. Workmanship & Warranties
- We stand behind our work. Mr. Air Repair provides limited warranties on labor, and parts may carry manufacturer warranties.
- Warranty coverage will be explained at the time of service.
- Warranty does not cover issues caused by neglect, misuse, or unrelated system problems.
6. Liability Limitations
- We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages to equipment or property that are unrelated to the work performed.
- We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages that may result from service interruptions, breakdowns, or delays.
7. Messaging & Communications
- Types of Messages: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Mr. Air Repair, including appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional promotional messages.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your service needs, but generally no more than two per appointment.
- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply.

- Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.
8. Website Use
