Shelby Black came this morning to troubleshoot an issue with my heater. He was polite, professional, and even gave me some great advice for my son who is thinking about going into HVAC as a career. Shelby is a great representative of Mr. Air Repair and they're lucky to have him. He also fixed my issue quickly and scheduled me for further cleaning services, so I'm more than happy to continue doing business with this company.
I was very impressed with Mr. Air Repair! William (the owner) was extremely professional and courteous. He checked out our unit and answered all my questions. I chose to get the service contract and was able to pay for the year in advance rather than month to month with no issue. Looking forward to our winter check up. Great company

The technology that they utilize to confirm appointments & follow-up regarding service expectations was more professional than 99% of their competitors! It was by far one of the best experiences we've ever had related to HVAC issues. Their quote was much more affordable than other companies. Max was my technician today. I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with this evaluation. Max, from the first greeting was professional, polite, considerate, caring, listening to your answers, I could go on. He asked pertinent questions to understand my situation & offered possible solution options. Seems to genuinely care about trying to understand a persons limitations. Honest, truly caring person. This company is lucky to have someone like him.
I would also like to recognize Tonya for helping me in getting this appointment scheduled around my crazy schedule. She too is extremely professional, polite, has a very caring phone etiquette. This company is what others should strive to be like. What a pleasure to work with them.
