After a NIGHTMARE experience with American Home Shield trying to fix our 12 year old unit, we decided to give up and price a whole new system. 2 big names and Mr Air Repair. Best experience ever!!! William had all of our options laid out front and center without being the typical pushy salesman like the 2 big names. Not only did we get a better unit for less money but we got the home grown service we were looking for too. Love having them right here in town where when we made the call that we had chosen to use them, they had us scheduled and installed in less than 24 hours. His crew was professional and friendly and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
