William and his team are both prompt and thorough.
We've used them for bi annual maintenance and when they've assessed our system they've pulled heat loads and ran proper calculations to check that what they were doing was right for the job.
One of the most important things: they are quick when replying and working with you. You won't get left on read or wonder where they are.
The whole team works great and are very transparent.
We contacted mr repair after 4:30 pm on Friday afternoon. William responded to my call. Said would arrive between 6 pm & 10 pm. Our a/c was not working. He arrived at 6:30 pm an was able to repair our a/c . Did a great job. Very personable & efficient. Thank you William!

KT is not only personable and pleasant to work with, but also exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly inspected and serviced the unit installed by Mr. Air last year.
