Mr. Air Repair was great to work with. They arrived exactly when expected, quickly assessed the issue, and gave me a clear time for the repair on a Sunday. Completely grateful of them because we were burning up! They showed up on time again, and the entire process was seamless. They were responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Professional, honest and clean work. Identified the immediate issue, gave me options for future repair/maintenance. He didn't push for unnecessary repairs. After the repair, there was issue that needed follow-up, and they came the same day to address without any extra charge. Overall satisfied with their work and would recommend for any HVAC issues.
Sammy was great ! He came out to do a second quote diagnostic on the HVAC system and was able to find the actual problem that was going on with the system!
