We had a bi-annual inspection. Tim was great at explaining everything. He spent lots of time cleaning, installing some new parts, and adjusting.

We can't say enough great things about Max! Our AC had been shutting off constantly, and within just an hour of calling the company, Max was already at our home. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and got us up and running again. What impressed us the most was his dedication—he actually came to our house twice in the same day just to make sure the system was working perfectly.
Considering that the company is located in Wylie, Texas, and we live in South Dallas (almost an hour away), the fast response and willingness to come back again shows just how much Max cares about his customers. He went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable, and we are so grateful.
