First time client and I'm hooked! From booking to the actual service, everyone has been very professional and knowledgeable. Our technician, Sammy is a STAR! Incredible customer service, didn't try to sell services that we didn't need, and ensured we are good to go! Educated us on our system, and overall such a nice young man!
My regular HVAC suggested that I call Mr Air Repair for a mini-split subject matter expert. Sammy arrived and confidently diagnosed a warranteed issue.
KT was knowledgeable and very friendly. I had them come out for an HVAC tune-up and discovered some minor issues. Great experience, highly recommend.
