Dustin was great.
Dustin arrived on time and answered all my questions. He performed the necessary checks on our HVAC unit and found everything to be in good order. Dustin was friendly, professional and courteous. Hopefully Dustin will be our HVAC technician every time he visits.
Carlos was very professional, made me understand the issues and gained my trust.
He went through with his tools and took photos of the attic, under the house, etc . He was thorough. He did not pressure me into signing on the dotted line (which I sincerely appreciated).
These guys are amazing! We had to have our HVAC system replaced and they did some excellent work. There was a little hiccup on the install that caused some damage to our ceiling, but they corrected the issue. Their customer service has been fantastic and we recommend this family business to anyone in the areas they serve.

Today, technician Trenton Purcell came to my house to help me with my Mitsubishi mini-split. He took the time to educate me on what I was experiencing with it and patiently worked to problem solve the issue. He took the time to do some adjusting, cleaning and maintenance. I am relieved to have a resource I can feel good about for my future maintenance. Well done, Mr. Air Repair.
Absolutely impressed with the service I received from this ventilation company! Dustin, the technician who came out, was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue with my vents and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but he also made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
