10/10 would definitely recommend. I'm glad I chose this company. I met two of their techs. Carlos, who was very genuine. I didn't feel like I was being cheated out of money. And Dustin, who worked very efficiently and was very thorough. They both walked me through the whole process and had pictures of everything.

Dustin and Trenton came out yesterday almost immediately to help with a heater issue when it was 15 degrees outside and 57 degrees inside. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and quickly took care of the issue. Great to know we have someone local (Wylie) we can depend on. Will be using them again for any future HVAC needs.
Carlos, from Mr. Air Repair was great!! He came out checked my AC unit and gave me his honest opinion whether to replace or repair. He also, explained the pros and cons of repairing unit versus replacing.
