These staff were wonderful, The gentlemen who came to our house to troubleshoot the problem with our ac were friendly and professional. They gave us the final quote for the work they recommended, and were gracious when we declined. The ONLY hitch for us was the final cost of the repairs. Almost $1000. They provided possible financing options which I appreciated but did not pressure us or give any fear-mongering sales pitch when we still declined. They simply put our unit back to original and said farewell. I did get a quote for the work, for property tax purposes :). All in all I will be returning when we can reasonably afford their services and I was very happy with my experience with their team!

These guys are everything you're looking for in an HVAC service/repair company. Fast, effective and cost-efficient. They communicate very well and don't pressure for repairs you may not want to do immediately, explaining implications. Very friendly.

Just want to say I am impressed with Mr. Air Repair's customer service. Last week Tim and Matthew came to my home to look at my AC unit, which has not been working for quite a long time. They thoroughly explained to me what the problems were in layman's terms and gave their opinion on what the best options for me are. 10 out of 10 for Tim and Matthew for excellent customer service!
I also had William to come out for a consultation on my options for AC replacement. He was very informative about my options. I didn't feel rushed or compelled to sign off on anything and he answered my questions satisfactorily. After William left my home, he even came back to my door to let me know a cute little dog was wandering around outside and he wanted to know if I knew who the owner was. We figured out that the owner lived next door and William went to their house to return their dog! 10 out of 10 for customer service for William as well!
William did an AMAZING job with a complicated AC fix and the whole team did it right and we're very professional. Highly recommend.
Dustin came out for an AC tune up and did a fantastic job. Friendly, very knowledgeable, and gave great tips on how to prolong and take care of my system. Anytime I need any service done, definitely going to use them.
