William or Trenton (?) will treat you right. They will evaluate your issue and repair as needed no extra parts or labor for things not needed. Great to work with. Recommend, will use again when needed. Tom
The company is great about calling and texting about arrival time. Trenton Purcell was our tech and couldn't be nicer. We had a bad fan motor and he got us fixed up quickly in 107 degree weather. Would definitely recommend Mr. Air Repair.
Quick to respond to calls. Professional and kind. William was great when he came out to the house. And I believe her name is Tonya, who works in the office, was also kind and helpful when I called. My units were beyond repair. And they installed the new units within 2 days. It's nice to have cool air in the heat!
Trenton Purcell was my technician and is truly a God send. He was very polite, professional and proficient. He went above and beyond explaining to me in detail every step of the way. He made awesome recommendations with explanations as to why it was recommended. I am extremely satisfied with the service and will tell everyone who will listen about this company. I started as a one time customer but ended as a proud new member. I am excited to be apart of their professional family.

I was very impressed with Mr. Air Repair! William (the owner) was extremely professional and courteous. He checked out our unit and answered all my questions. I chose to get the service contract and was able to pay for the year in advance rather than month to month with no issue. Looking forward to our winter check up. Great company
Found company on Thumbtack app, they responded within 10 minutes to my message. I was able to get same day service and a 3 hour window I could expect my technician to arrive. I received a call 45 minutes before the technician would arrive. The technician showed up on time and took a look at our A/C system which wasn't working. He diagnosed the problem and got us back up and running quickly.
I suggest checking out their membership program which includes discounts on service and maintenance checks to prolong the life of your equipment.
I'm glad that I found Mr. Air Repair on Thumbtack. Everyone I interacted with from this company was friendly and professional. I will continue to use and recommend this company to friends and family.
