Mr. Carlos was amazing!!! Best customer service! He was very professional, kind, humble, on time and efficient while explaining his findings from the report and checking over my unit...and Ms. Tonya was absolutely fabulous!!
Trenton, Carlos, and Dustin from Mr. Air went above and beyond to fix my furnace issue. They provided service around the clock, troubleshooting step by step until they got everything working perfectly again. It was a tricky problem, but their expertise and dedication made all the difference. I highly recommend these guys for any HVAC repairs or maintenance—professional, reliable, and truly committed to great service!
Dustin and Trenton came out yesterday almost immediately to help with a heater issue when it was 15 degrees outside and 57 degrees inside. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and quickly took care of the issue. Great to know we have someone local (Wylie) we can depend on. Will be using them again for any future HVAC needs.
Carlos, from Mr. Air Repair was great!! He came out checked my AC unit and gave me his honest opinion whether to replace or repair. He also, explained the pros and cons of repairing unit versus replacing.

He went through with his tools and took photos of the attic, under the house, etc . He was thorough. He did not pressure me into signing on the dotted line (which I sincerely appreciated).
These guys are amazing! We had to have our HVAC system replaced and they did some excellent work. There was a little hiccup on the install that caused some damage to our ceiling, but they corrected the issue. Their customer service has been fantastic and we recommend this family business to anyone in the areas they serve.
