Over and beyond Excellent service
I've recently had my annual maintenance " check up" on my HVAC system done by Trevor and today had Duct cleaning services by Dustin done / both technicians are pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional - NO sales pressure which as a customer I appreciate !! Tonya is always so sweet when scheduling services - I've dealt with other HVAC companies where technicians tried pressuring you for unnecessary and costly services. Mr Air Repair has a good honest and professional staff !!!!
They did what I wanted, which is surprisingly hard for some hvac companies to do. They replaced my evap coil and ac unit, which solved my issues. Thanks for the pro work. Dustin was great!
I had a great experience with Mr Air Repair. Trent was my technical engineer. He was very knowledgeable and explained R22, R410A and the new regulations that go into effect in 2025. Although consumers don't want to hear it, Trenton clearly explained my options and was not pushy in any way. Thanks Trent
Mr.Air came out and let us know what was and what we can to help
I recommend
So nice to meet people who want to help you and not just take your money. Dustin does a great job of explaining all our options. No pressure type company.
Dustin showed up when they said he would he did a thorough job checking us over and communicated with us well. The pricing quote was 15% better than a leading competitor and I appreciate that.
Dustin was great!! Got out here on time and was in and out quick but made sure everything was taken care of. Mr. Air is awesome with communication and scheduling and would definitely recommend!
