I had another vendor that was recommended but the quote just didn't sit well with us. So, on a random Wednesday, I posted the project on Angi's at about 5pm or 6pm. I received a call from William, the owner at about 8pm and he said they could come the next day to review and provide a proper quote. He is a man of his word, was here on time, him and his assistant Trenton,. No one else called that evening. His quote was over $1800 LESS than the other guy. What others are charging you extra for, it is included in the EXCELLENT SERVICE that Mr. Air Repair provides. And, he said that they could start that Friday and the job would take 2 days and they would arrive at 9am. Started on time each day and finished on time and on budget. Trenton was great to work with and we enjoyed how both William and Trenton took time to explain the process and the what and why of what they were doing. They are a family business that takes care of your family and not trying to overcharge you for what you do not need. Call Mr. Air Repair for your next project, you will NOT be disappointed.
Great family owned business! We were fortunate to meet William on a home warranty call, and he took care of our claim and provided excellent customer service on top of it. We now have Mr. Air Repair out a couple times a year for regular maintenance of the system. It is great peace of mind knowing our AC won't go out in the middle of a North Texas August again, and that if anything does happen, we have great people to take care of us. These guys are the best!!

Mr Air Repair is as honest as they come. I have used them 2ce and each time I have been left completely satisfied. This is the 2nd time I have ever left a review for a technician (irrespective of the service provided) which says a lot about how I feel. What I love about them is their sincerity and their responsiveness. I had my HVAC pipes unclogged and called them 2ce cos it kept leaking. Each time they responded within 24 hours and refixed the issue. After the 2nd time, they rediagnosed and realized the error was mine as I had removed the cap from the pipe which created some pressure and led fresh blockage. They explained this to me calmly and no complaints for their time that I had consistently wasted.
They also come relatively cheaper than other HVAC companies I contacted. I strongly recommend them!
William and Trenton were honest, professional, friendly and super helpful. Even after hours they quickly went into action to ensure I was taken care of. Highly recommended this company!
