Just when the first winter freeze hit, our heater stopped working. Called the original installer and they couldn't come out for a couple days. Tanya at Mr Air Repair had a guy out the next day.
Shout out to Dustin who diagnosed 2 issues with our system and went out of his way to get us operational ASAP. Mr Air Repair has definitely earned our future business.
The guys where very thorough, explained everything and took time to inspect and design for my specific needs, we always got a courtesy cost prior to their arrival so we knew who and when to expect service. Although there were a few hiccups William and his team were quick to return and remedy any issues regardless the concern with humble and willingness to correct. Are unit is working and the home feels comfortable now. Very friendly and professional, my family felt very at ease anytime they were at the home.

Amazing guys Trenton & Dustin were so kind & helpful. Dustin answered every question I had. They both saw potential issues regarding my air/heating unit & gave me a "heads up/warning" on getting those issues fixed. They weren't overly pushy at all, which I loved. Your company should be very proud of these two great guys.
