I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided by Nick Dashiell. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough when working on my A/C unit. Nick quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem in simple terms, and had everything up and running smoothly in no time.

This was my first experience with Mr. Air repair. I have been looking for a honest, professional and knowledgeable company. I called last week to make the appointment and was able to get in a quick time. Nick the technician arrived on time, explained in great detail what was needed. He gave me options on immediate repair and what could be done later. No high pressure, just did his job. I appreciate the service. Very well pleased.
