Extremely pleased, the technician was very thorough and explained in detail what they were doing and what was going on with my system. 10/10 will definitely use again and will definitely recommend.
First time client and I'm hooked! From booking to the actual service, everyone has been very professional and knowledgeable. Our technician, Sammy is a STAR! Incredible customer service, didn't try to sell services that we didn't need, and ensured we are good to go! Educated us on our system, and overall such a nice young man!
My regular HVAC suggested that I call Mr Air Repair for a mini-split subject matter expert. Sammy arrived and confidently diagnosed a warranteed issue.
KT was knowledgeable and very friendly. I had them come out for an HVAC tune-up and discovered some minor issues. Great experience, highly recommend.
