This company is great with communication! They stayed on top of schedule and even reached out when the technician was headed our way. Even if the technician was busy it was forwarded to the office so that there was always someone available. Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. They gave us an estimate and even sent it to us for us to view. With my busy schedule I was so worried about trying to get this done but they worked with me and had great availability. This is a quality ran company that is driven for customer satisfaction and genuinely cares about what they can do to help. They even have options of financing. If you're looking for a business that treats you like a priory, pick this one!

This was my first time using Mr. Air Repair. I was genuinely impressed. I had another local company out but something didn't feel right so I called Mr. Air Repair out for a free second opinion. They quickly booked the appointment and tech was at my house in less thank 2 hours. He got to work and was able to get us up and cooling for less than $200! It's been 4 days and it's working like a champ. I am so thankful my gut told me to give them a call.

The whole team was very professional and respectful. When your AC quits working it is a very stressful situation but they made it as easy as possible. They presented several options, were not pushy at all which we really appreciate. You have a great team! Found our AC company!!!
