Max was the first person we worked with, and he was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond, staying very late into the evening to make sure the issue was fully and properly fixed. He took the time to explain what went wrong, how it happened, and what needed to be done—no rushing, no shortcuts. His professionalism and care made a huge difference.
During the process, we had a phone call with Will, who was equally great to work with. He was responsive, reassuring, and clearly cared about making sure everything was handled correctly and that we felt confident in the solution.

Today was just a check up. Max was our Profesional today. He is very knowledgeable about heating and AC. He told me what he was going to do, how long it was going be and went to work. He was on time, professional, knew his stuff, answeeed and explained all my questions and concerns. He was great with our Dog Abby too. I highly recommend Max for all your Heating and AC needs. Mr. Air Repair has been outstanding.

Shelby Black came this morning to troubleshoot an issue with my heater. He was polite, professional, and even gave me some great advice for my son who is thinking about going into HVAC as a career. Shelby is a great representative of Mr. Air Repair and they're lucky to have him.
